I wanted to take just a moment to let you know about the superior service I received from your sales consultant, Cindi. My entry door mechanism made by Weiser broke over the weekend. I was upset when my local hardware store told me I would need to replace the whole thing at a cost of $99. I just could not believe it. This afternoon I did a web search for Weiser and pulled up your company. Cindi knew exactly what I needed and was more than courteous and efficient.
